Data Deletion Instructions

TobSar respects user privacy and provides a way for users and connected account holders to request deletion of personal data associated with TobSar.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at:

info@tobsar.com

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your business or store name
  • The email address used with TobSar
  • The connected platform involved, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, or another service
  • A short message saying that you want your TobSar data deleted

Example request:

“I request deletion of my personal data and connected platform data associated with my TobSar account.”

2. What Data May Be Deleted

After verifying your request, TobSar will delete or de-identify eligible personal data, which may include:

  • TobSar account information
  • Connected social platform identifiers
  • Stored access tokens or integration credentials
  • Customer conversation data
  • Lead data
  • Reporting and analytics data linked to your account
  • Product catalog data linked to your account
  • Social media integration data stored by TobSar

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

3. Disconnecting Social Media Accounts

You may also disconnect TobSar directly from the relevant third-party platform.

For Meta platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, you may remove TobSar from your connected business integrations or app settings.

For TikTok, you may remove or revoke TobSar access from the relevant TikTok or TikTok for Business account settings.

For Telegram, you may stop using the TobSar bot, remove the bot from chats, or request deletion by contacting TobSar.

4. Verification

For security, TobSar may need to verify that you are the account owner or authorized business representative before deleting data.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or account ownership.

5. Deletion Timeline

After verification, TobSar will delete or de-identify eligible data within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to technical, legal, security, or compliance reasons.
